SEMINARS & EDUCATION
One of the primary reasons the BAHV moved from its former office location in Newburgh was because the Board of Directors felt that education was a key issue for builders and associates and we needed room to accommodate that goal.
At the office in New Windsor, the BAHV has a 1000 sq. ft. conference room/training center that hosts a wide variety of seminars and programs for association members and guests.
Some of the “local” seminars include New York lien laws, wetlands regulations, code updates, marketing, etc.
The BAHV also works with the NYSBA Research & Education Foundation to present a full slate of NAHB seminars and certification programs.
