BUILDERS ASSOCIATION OF THE HUDSON VALLEY FOUNDATION

Talk of the benefits of a Foundation were discussed for quite some time within the leadership of the BAHV, but 2007 was the year that it all came together.

Thanks to the hard work of member Joe Catania of Tarshis, Catania, Liberth, Mahon & Milligram, PLLC, the BAHV Foundation became a reality this fall.

The BAHV Foundation will serve as a non-profit vehicle for our Scholarship Endowment Fund, as well as many of our charitable programs, such as donations for Habitat for Humanity, Rebuilding Together, etc.

The Foundation will also collect memorial donations honoring members and their families, to be directed per their wishes. Three of our Scholarship Endowment donations were made by family and friends in memory of Sam Hankin, Robert Rowley and Edgar Deverman.

We thank everyone for their generous support of our Foundation and know that it will continue to grow in the future benefiting our members and communities.
