Government Affairs

The Government Affairs Program ensures that our Membership is continuously updated on changes in State, County and local regulations as well as upcoming proposals for zoning, land use and planning proposals in each local municipality of our 6-county region.

Our staff and volunteers are continually engaged in community councils and are regular panel participants in regional planning and issues forums.

The Government Affairs Program regularly lobbies on behalf of the building and supporting professions to ensure that our Member businesses can continue to provide this fundamental piece of the American Dream in Westchester and the Hudson Valley.
