Board Meetings

The volunteer Board of Directors is the governing body of this Association and directs its affairs in such manner as is customary and according to law. The Board of Directors shall not exceed 30 in number, which shall include all Officers and Immediate Past President, but excluding Life Directors.

The Directors are elected by the membership at their annual meeting each year. Each elected Director shall serve up to two consecutive three year terms unless he/she is elected to fill a vacancy.

Of the elective Directors, a majority shall be builder members.

The Board usually meets the first Tuesday of each month, except for August, to review the business of the Association, and applications for membership in the BAHV.

Board members are also requested to participate and support Association activities, and actively serve on two committees.
